The candidates sought are for the following positions:

• Host/Hostess in charge of sanitation: looking for a beautiful soul to welcome & seat the customers in order to maximize the available space, to make sure that sanitary measures are respected.
• Server: Smiling, resourceful, and energetic. Needs to have a strong knowledge of cocktails/mixology/wines/beers, and sales techniques. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Busboy/Cook: Experience in the kitchen an asset, ability to work independently but also in a team, good stress and priority management, the ideal person will know how to keep calm and smile in busy times.
• Bartender: We are looking for a skillful, clean person with an attitude of fire to join our ranks. Credible experience & knowledge of basic spirits, beers, wines & cocktails required. Passion for mixology & strong customer service skills.
