Tasks
Reception and customer service: You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with courtesy and professionalism. Your ability to listen, advise and respond to customer needs with empathy and efficiency is essential.
Transaction management: You will be responsible for the accurate execution of transactions at the checkout, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
Product advice: With an in-depth knowledge of the product range, you will answer customers’ questions, helping them to make informed choices that best meet their pets’ needs.
Maintaining cleanliness and order: You will ensure that the work area remains clean and organized, contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for the customers.
Receiving and replenishment: You will actively participate in receiving merchandise and ensuring it is replenished in store, guaranteeing product availability for our customers.
