About Les Trouvailles

Les Trouvailles is a treasure trove of a thrift shop. Modern and stylish, we get people looking great while supporting the Société québécoise de la déficience intellectuelle. In fact, all our profits are given to the Société!

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Opening and/or closing the store, evenings and weekends
• Making sure that the store is always clean and properly organized
• Assisting store cashiers at peak periods
• Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the store
• Filling in for the store manager when required
• Managing personnel (including people who have intellectual deficiencies)

Skills and requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Excellent French verbal skills, English an asset

• Good interpersonal and people skills

• Good attention to details
• Basic computer skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role or cashier rol

What you get

• Full time: 35 hours/week
• Hourly wage: $17.75
• Discount on merchandise
