Studio Tre Punti is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will be responsible for:

 

1. ADMINISTRATION MANDATE :

  • Answer incoming e-mails;
  • Answer questions and provide information to customers on site;
  • Research educational articles and family art activities to help animate social networks (FB);
  • Welcome families/customers in the Studio Tre Punti way;
  • Assist teachers during transitions, if necessary;
  • Make registrations and modifications when necessary, using the registration management software;
  • Participate in the process of integrating and welcoming new customers;
  • Process certain accounting documents;
  • Perform various administrative tasks;

2. ORGANIZATION MANDATE

  • Tre Punti Saturdays
  • Add new registrations to the list of participants
  • Help with organization before and on the day of the event
  • Prepare materials, space, etc.
  • Children’s parties / rentals
  • Process requests (answer e-mails, fill out reservation form, etc.)
  • Plan activity according to demand (weekend)
  • Organize event supplies (gift bags, decorations, etc.), if required
  • Ensure communication with the family, if necessary

 

3. OTHER

  • Keep common areas clean and see to general maintenance;
  • Manage entry and exit of bulletin board;
  • Participate in various promotional activities (sidewalk sales, etc.);
  • Perform any other related duties.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum experience as a support agent or other relevant experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French
  • Good command of the Office suite and e-mail management
  • Interest in child and family development
  • Knowledge of the arts an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Approximately 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends
  • Schedule to be discussed, possibility of adding daytime hours during the week, depending on artistic skills
  • Start date: end of August/beginning of September 2023
  • Salary according to experience
