Professional skills and experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
• Fluent in French

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash register and handle cash
• Take take-out and delivery orders over the phone
• Ensure that the customer area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Sweep / wash dishes

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday afternoon/evening
• Weekend day/night shifts
• Full time / Part time

Salary

$16.25 per hour + tips (around $4/h)
