In order to support Verdun’s merchants and community organizations during this unique period, Promenade Wellington is launching a second fundraising campaign!
The City of Montreal’s contribution makes it possible to enhance 2,500 vouchers and therefore encourage citizens to contribute to economic recovery.
Citizens spend $20 and receive $30 to spend in participating local businesses.
Thanks to the participation of the Caisse Desjardins Île-des-Sœurs-Verdun, $15,000 will be redistributed to three Verdun community organizations : Le Réseau d’Entraide Verdun, le Centre de pédiatrie sociale de Verdun – Les Petits Renard and Toujours ensemble.

HOW DO I SELECT THE BUSINESS OF MY CHOICE?
Once you have proceeded to checkout and filled in your information, you will be able to select a shop for each voucher purchased in a form.
Please make sure that the amount of vouchers purchased at checkout matches the amount of vouchers selected in your store selections : One choice of shop to make!
You can choose several vouchers for the same business.
WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?
After the campaign, your voucher will be sent to you by email. As soon as you receive it you can use it!
Don’t forget to check your junk mail.
We suggest to use your vouchers as soon as possible.
CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE VOUCHER?
You can buy 20 vouchers at a time!

For this second campaign, we have chosen to offer you only one purchase option in order to facilitate the understanding of the campaign and to simplify the management behind it 🙂
CAN I USE MY VOUCHER FOR MORE THAN ONE PURCHASE?
Vouchers will be sent electronically. We leave this choice to the participating businesses!
However, we strongly suggest that you use it in a single visit to the chosen business.
If the value of your voucher is less than the price of the merchandise sold or the service provided, you will have to pay the difference by any other means of payment accepted in the trade. Please note that vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?
You will receive it electronically at the email address provided at the end of October.

CAN I GIVE MY VOUCHER?
Yes you can offer your voucher as you wish.
It’s a great way to share your VerdunLuv!
Attention, the name of the buyer will be indicated on the electronic voucher. However, the buyer of the voucher and the person coming to the store may be different. This will only be used by the merchant to validate the authenticity of the voucher since he will verify that the name of the buyer and the reference number of the voucher match.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE ON MY VOUCHER?
There is no expiration date, but as this campaign is aimed at commercial relaunch, we invite you to spend it as soon as possible.
And then if you wait, you risk losing it or forgetting it. 😉

HOW DO I CANCEL MY TRANSACTION?
To cancel your transaction, you must follow this procedure:
Login to the La Ruche site by clicking on “connection” at the top right (if you have just made your contribution, you should still be logged in.)
Click on “my profile” at the top right.
Click on ” contribution “.
Click on “cancel my contribution”.
If you have made several different transactions, you will be able to select which contribution to cancel.
On the other way, if you have made a single transaction of 5 vouchers for example, you will not be able to cancel only 4 of them, you must cancel all of them and start a new purchase afterwards.
REFUND POLICY
Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Once the vouchers are issued to the customer, the business becomes solely responsible for their value and their exchange for the merchandise and/or service. SDC Wellington is not responsible for the vouchers value in the event of bankruptcy or closure of the business.
